It's again EPSA time... The call for applications for EPSA 2019 is now open until 18 April

26 February 2019

Dear EPSA Friends,

The EPSA Team at EIPA are delighted to finally announce the opening of the long-awaited call for applications for the EPSA 2019! As of today, you can submit your most innovative projects online at www.epsa2019.eu until 18 April (24.00 CET).

We are proud to have again secured the support of ten official partners with whom we embark on this journey for public sector excellence: the European Commission, Secretariat General-Structural Reform Support Service (SRSS), as well as the Governments of Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Norway, and the Province of Limburg and City of Maastricht as our local partners.

Since the challenges that public bodies all over Europe are confronted with have not lessened since the last EPSA edition, the overarching theme of EPSA 2019 is “New solutions to complex challenges – a public sector citizen-centric, sustainable and fit for the future”. This theme is broad and inclusive to make it easier for all public sector institutions - irrespective of their function or size - to enter if they have new solutions to the complex challenges facing them in a fast-moving landscape, such as demographic change, climate change, technological transformation, (cyber) security and the maintenance of social security.

EPSA 2019 thus aims to reward creative and sustainable solutions in public administrations that show how your institutions are addressing effectively these major challenges and become fit for the future. Please read the Call text for detailed information.

Whether you want recognition for what you have done, want to help others learn from your success or learn from others, apply now for EPSA 2019.”

- Michael Burnett, Project Leader of EPSA 2019 -

As you know, the EPSA is open to European public sector institutions from all administrative levels, as well as public sector enterprises, agencies and public-private partnerships. The lead applicant must be a public sector institution or authority. Partners can for example be private companies, semi-public institutions, NGOs, universities or training institutions.
